Shaucha is one of the Niyamas.

The Niyamas are spiritual and ethical observances to advance our spiritual path.

Shaucha in Sanskrit literally means purity, cleanliness and clearness.
Shaucha does not mean just to wash our bodies with soap and water but rather to purify on the inside with thought and action.

We purify our thoughts with meditation and positive thinking.
We purify our bodies with holistic food.
We purify our voices by chanting and speaking the truth.
We purify our blood with pranayama.

Bring shaucha into your lives, into your yoga mats and allow the flow of inner peace reign. Live in your true existence!

Tattva mudra activates your true nature of the self. Be you and love your whole self.
Place the thumb on the base of the ring finger.
Breathe into your purity!
