Animal Inspired Flow
This fun and sometimes slightly wild class aims to get your brain and body challenged with new movement patterns, it incorporates a mixture of locomotion including yoga, and animal inspired flows in a dynamic and therapeutic way.
We work on movement chains by creatively linking one movement to the next. We safely practice handstands and arm balances and we also give love and attention to the less focused areas like the wrists and ankles.
This class is taught in a friendly and welcoming environment. It will leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your primal self.
Beth is a Yoga Teacher at ATHAYOGA. She has studied different forms of movement including Mike Fitch’s ‚Animal flow‘ and Ido portals movement perspectives as well as being a big follower of Cameron Shayne’s Budokon Yoga.
