This Yoga Nidra Session is from one of our amazing ATHAYOGA teachers Jason Milne!
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” It is usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice directs our attention inward, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of balance. The breath comes into balance and becomes still, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness.
Yoga Nidra effortlessly leads us into a state of harmonious, calm being. From here, we can be healed, restored, and awakened to our deepest, all-knowing, all-kind Self.
Take 30min time. Simply lie down on your yoga mat. Get warm and comfortable and let us guide you into a deep relaxation practice – Yoga Nidra!
