I hope your day was as happy and joyful as mine was! Going for a nice long walk, feeling the fresh breeze in my fur, running around the forest like crazy and begging for those goodies that I love until my mum can’t resist my cute eyes anymore.. 😉 WHAT A GOOD DAY it has been.

But life as a YOGA DOG is hard, so now I am tired and looking forward to curling up in my favorite spot at home – waiting for some cuddles and then it’s time to sleep! I will be dreaming of my favorite vegan cookies from Hiltl :-) and our next ATHAYOGA Retreat in the mountains when I finally get to enjoy some SNOW again!

Do you sometimes have a hard time falling asleep after a busy day? Let me share a little secret from the ATHAYOGA Team with you that will help you relax and get a good night’s sleep: An ancient INDIAN recipe for an AYURVEDIC TURMERIC LATTE!

I swear, every-time my humans drink it at home they sleep like babies 😀

For 1 cup of GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTE you’ll need:

2.5 dl of plant based milk, like oat milk or almond milk
2 tsp of honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (or put a drop of the doTERRA Oil 😉
a fresh grind of black pepper
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric powder
a pinch of sea salt
a drop of vanilla essence

Combine all the ingredients in a pan and bring it to a boil, adjust seasonings and sweetness to your taste. Enjoy this HUG in a MUG
