YOUR ARRIVAL

By Car
ATHAYOGA has two parking spaces directly in front of the studio. If these are occupied, additional parking is available nearby, such as on Gstadstrasse above the studio, at Zollikon train station, or at the Zollikon boat station.

By Public Transport
Zollikon train station is just a 2-minute walk from the studio. Buses and trains run regularly, providing a convenient arrival.

– From Zurich Tiefenbrunnen: S6, S16, or Bus NFB 910 to Zollikon station

ARRIVAL AT THE STUDIO

The studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of workshops or training sessions.

Since yoga classes usually take place before the workshops and trainings, we unfortunately cannot allow earlier entry. Thank you for your understanding.

In the entrance area, please leave your shoes, jacket, and umbrellas. Then check in at the reception. Our garderobe is also located there, where you can change and securely store your personal items.

WHAT TO BRING

– We are happy to provide yoga mats, cushions, blocks, and straps. However, you can also bring your own yoga mat.
– Comfortable yoga clothing.
– A notebook and pen for your notes.
– A sealed water bottle with water or tea (please no coffee).
– Optional: A blanket.

Please remember to take your personal items with you after training, as there are usually regular yoga classes before and/or after the workshop or training. Thank you.

LUNCH BREAK

The exact duration and timing of the lunch break will be communicated by the teaching team on-site. There are various options nearby for a light meal.

You can find more restaurants in Zollikon village or in Zurich Seefeld, about a 5-10 minute drive from the studio.

BRINGING FOOD | BREAK POLICY

To optimally prepare the studio for the afternoon/evening, we ask you to enjoy any food brought along outside the studio – for example, on our terrace or across by the lake. Eating in the premises, including therapy room or in the garderobe, is not permitted. In case of bad weather, it is advisable to visit a nearby venue.

REFRESHMENTS IN THE STUDIO

During training, we offer tea and water. Please make sure to place glasses on a coaster (coasters can be found at the tea station).

Please do not bring take-away coffee or smoothies into the studio. Only water or tea may be consumed in our facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

– Please keep mobile phones on silent.
– Our studio is, of course, a non-smoking oasis—smoking is not allowed in or around the studio.
