YOUR ARRIVAL

Our city studio is conveniently located at Gartenstrasse 14, 8002 Zurich, right in the city center. Public parking options are plentiful in the surrounding area, with spaces available for a fee.

By Car
Numerous public parking spaces are available around the studio, although most have a maximum parking duration of 2 hours.

By Public Transport
The studio is located near the main train station HB and Enge station and can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.

Possible Connections
From Zurich HB, take the tram to Stockerstrasse: Lines 7, 8, 17, 11, and 13, or to Paradeplatz: Lines 7, 8, 17, and 11.

ARRIVAL AT THE STUDIO

The studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of workshops or training sessions.

Since yoga classes usually take place before the workshops and trainings, we unfortunately cannot allow earlier entry. Thank you for your understanding.

In the entrance area, please leave your shoes, and umbrellas. Please check in at the reception first. You will then proceed to the garderobe, where you can securely store your jacket and personal items and change.

WHAT TO BRING

– We are happy to provide yoga mats, cushions, blocks, and straps. However, you can also bring your own yoga mat.
– Comfortable yoga clothing.
– A notebook and pen for your notes.
– A sealable water bottle with water or tea (please no coffee).
– Optional: A blanket.
– If you’d like to shower after the sessions, please bring your own towel. Shower gel and body lotion are provided at the studio.

Please remember to take your personal items with you after the workshop or training, as yoga classes typically take place before and/or after. Thank you.

LUNCH BREAK

The exact duration and timing of the lunch break will be communicated to you by the teaching team on-site. There are various options nearby for a light meal.

– La Stanza Café/Bar
– Korner Gourmet (salads and vegetarian options available)

You will find Migros, Coop, bakeries, and many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, such as on Stockerstrasse, at Paradeplatz, or near Enge station. Bahnhofstrasse, with numerous food options, is also just a few minutes away on foot and easily accessible by public transport.

BRINGING FOOD | BREAK POLICY

To optimally prepare the studio for the afternoon and evening, we kindly ask you to enjoy any brought food outside the studio. In nice weather, for example, at Schanzengraben (near Paradeplatz/Bleicherweg) or by Lake Zurich. In case of bad weather, we recommend visiting a nearby restaurant.

Eating in the premises, including the lounge and garderobe, is not permitted.

REFRESHMENTS IN THE STUDIO

In our lounge, tea and water are available for you during training. Please ensure to place glasses on a coaster—coasters are available at the tea station.

Please do not bring take-away coffee or smoothies into the studio. Only water or tea may be consumed in our facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

– Please set mobile phones to silent.
– Our studio is, of course, a non-smoking oasis—smoking is not allowed in or around the studio.
