AcroYoga playfully joins elements from Yoga with the dynamic energy of Partner Acrobatic. Through this combination, the practitioner awakens and develops a deep awareness of his balance, body tension and concentration.

You’ll learn how to build a strong foundation so that you can open and find freedom!
We will review the alignment of the body and actions of the muscle in order to invite the feeling of “union” and effortless-effort practice. After calibrating on some symmetric poses, we will move to monolimbs and asymmetric poses and explore a number of fun possibilities and asanas
Level: beginner/intermediate, you should have a regular Yoga practice. Having practiced AcroYoga for a few times is beneficial but not a requirement if you are proficient in any other movement discipline.
You can and are welcome to come alone, there is no need to come in partners.
