Come learn to fly, float, swing and hang at your pace under the guidance of our aerial yoga team!
This 90 minute workshop will introduce you to the basics of this exciting style: grips, wraps, inversion techniques. You’ll be encouraged to let go, find freedom in the silk, and see things from a different perspective.
This one-time session will give you the confidence to then join a regular aerial yoga class.
What should you wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing including a top with sleeves and socks. All materials provided.
