How to get to ATHAYOGA
Parking is available – if the ATHAYOGA parking slots are occupied, you will find further one´s across the street, directly at the landing stage of the Zurich Lake.
By public transfer
The train station Zollikon is located only few walking minutes away from our studio. Buses and trains are operating frequently during the entire day.
as of Zurich main station: S6 or S16
as of Zurich Stadelhofen: S6 or S16
as of Zurich Tiefenbrunnen: S6, S16 or by bus NFB 910, bus stop: Zollikon train station

We recommend you to arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Like this you can begin your training day(s) without any stress or hectic. Further we kindly ask you to come always first to the reception desk to get checked in for the day. This is necessary in order to register you as present.
In case you are running late, please inform us accordingly, so your slot won´t be cancelled.
Please bring with you
- comfortable clothes
- something to write (pen & paper or block notes)
Mats, pillows, blocks and blankets are available for you. Of course you can bring your own Yoga equipment, if you prefer to do so.
Close to the studio there are several possibilities where you can find something light to eat.

You are also welcome to bring your own lunch box with you. We kindly ask you to not eat in the studio.
It goes without saying that short breaks will be frequently scheduled during the course.
Throughout all training days there will be also water and tea available for you.
Many thanks for your understanding to not place glasses and cups directly on the wooden floor.
In the entrance area of the studio you will find the wardrobe, where you can leave your jacket and your shoes. Since we do have a wonderful wellbeing-ambience in our studio, you are welcome to move around either barefoot or with socks.
If possible please switch off your cell phones and other mobile devices and leave them in the changing area.
Our studio is a non-smoking place and therefore smoking is not allowed in and around the studio. Thank you.
