Nothing stands still, our planet, the whole universe is spinning, rotation is a natural movement of energy and matter, even we spin our own axis in twists.

A mobile spine is a foundation for a healthy life. Twists primarily affect our axis by maintaining the range of motion in and around the spine.
A mobile spine is a delicious fountain of youth. The back muscles are strengthened and stretched. The organs are flexed and squeezed and a digestive and detoxifying effect is achieved. Shoulders and the chest are opened, areas of the body that tend to manifest stress in the form of tension and tightness.
