ATHAYOGA (Atha Yoga Anuśānam) अथ योगानुशासनम्
??? ?? ?ℎ? ???? ???????, ??????ℎ??? ???? ?? ???ℎ?? ?????? ?? ???????????. ??ℎ?
With the first verse of Patanjali Yoga Sutra, it is announced that “Now” ( Atha ) the “teaching of yoga” begins.
Other important philosophical writings also begin with the auspicious Atha.
(The word Atha is considered somewhat sacred and thus also functions as an auspicious opening on a text).
The guide to liberation through Yoga thus begins with Atha.
The auspicious moment of Now.
As humans we doubt, we worry, we dream, we have fears, we can’t control what is coming and so we are constantly focused on the future.
As a result, we are not satisfied, we are tense and stressed.
Or we regret, repent, reminisce, grieve, cannot let go or carry resentment and are thus constantly fixated on the past.
This makes us unsatisfied, melancholy and sluggish.
Now is the only moment to make an impact, everything before is past, everything after is still uncertain.
ATHAYOGA starts exactly here, in the Now and in the Beginning.
The Beginning in the Now.
At ATHAYOGA we support you to direct your energy into the moment, to come to yourself, to accept and embrace yourself in your wholeness by stilling.
We help you to focus your awareness on yourself through your practice, your breath, your introspection and the ability to observe.
This is our aspiration, our desire, our drive, our field of action.
The auspicious joy is in this possibility, in the fullness of what is, in the access to the always available peace and bliss within.
We invite you to the auspicious moment of Now.
We invite you to Atha.
